certified appraisal is a formal, professional and impartial estimate of
the value of your real estate at the time of appraisal. Only a state certified
appraiser can provide a certified appraisal.
An opinion from a
real estate agent or broker is helpful, but it is an informal estimate
of market value. Unlike a broker or agent who works on commission, a certified
appraiser is independent and our only concern is to deliver a fair, accurate
